Highways Act / Road Sewer Bond
A guarantee on behalf of a property developer or housebuilder that it will complete the roads and sewers to enable them to be adopted by the appropriate local authority under the relevant Highways Act or Water Industry Acts.

Criteria
- Established companies with a three-year track record who can demonstrate appropriate financial resources and management expertise to undertake their contractual obligations. Consideration given to MBOs.
- Services can be provided on an ongoing facility basis or a specific contract.
- Open to intermediaries.
- Commission variable
